Oil Pulling

This is a great one for toothaches. I’ve used it to heal cavities and stop tooth pain myself. I recommend researching the lobbing efforts to keep the knowledge of our ability to heal cavities hidden. They claimed dentists would go out of business, it’s all about money. My last experience with a dentist got me diagnosed with 6 cavities in which 1 could only be filled per appointment and I’ll have to pay for the procedure and appointment fee each time and possible end up with prescription drugs if things didn’t go as planned. I felt I was looked at as a dollar sign and had this gut feeling that I did not need 6 cavities filled. That was in 2015, before I knew anything about natural medicine and healing. I did have a strong intuition and trust it more than anything. I did a little research and came across oil pulling. Basically I swished cold pressed, organic olive oil around my mouth for as long as I could stand it. I did it a few times in a row. I do it every now and then as maintenance and when I feel any tooth pain. I very seldom get any tooth pain. I have not had any teeth rot, no cavities at all…it’s now 2023. A bottle of high quality, clean olive oil is a hell of a lot cheaper than 6 dentist visits, 6 fillings and possible prescription drugs. I’m also protecting my dignity. Not all dentist are money hungry guys but the one I saw was. I don’t want to be around that evil energy.

Give this a try next time you can’t get into a dentist or want to try to heal yourself naturally before giving a dentist a try.

The more we learn and apply knowledge, the better we live!

Tic Repellent

Living off grid in the woods requires tic repellent! Those little boogers can get everywhere! To ward off tics (and mosquitos), I mix 1/4 cup rubbing alcohol, witch hazel or vodka, citronella oil with thyme, geranium and when I’m feeling like i need a bit more oomph, I add in some clove essential oil. Fill the rest of the bottle with water. I’m using a 28 ounce spray bottle

Neem seed oil has been proven to kill tic larvae in cattle, it’s great for those who don’t like to use chemicals on their livestock. I use it on my dogs with great success. It’s certainly safe for people and used as well.

Add enough essential oils to have a strong aroma. I don’t measure, use my nose so I have no measurements to provide.

Keep the Mosquitos off you, your family and your fury friends!

1 quart clean natural water

1/4 cup rubbing alcohol, vodka or witch hazel

1/2 citronella oil (use your sense of smell and adjust)

You can also add Peppermint, Eucalyptus or Rosemary essential oils to repel ants. Use your nose for the preferred fragrance.
